Martin Dowling is an experienced serial entrepreneur, C level executive, director and non-executive director, with a career spanning corporate leadership, business turnarounds and company building across multiple industries.
Martin’s corporate background was forged at Corporate Express, an ASX listed company that was later acquired by Staples. As Chief Operating Officer and a member of the senior executive team responsible for mergers and acquisitions, Martin was instrumental in planning and executing the company’s rapid growth strategy. This role gave Martin direct exposure to the governance, disclosure and performance standards expected of an ASX listed company, along with a deep grounding in acquisition strategy and execution at scale.
Martin has led and advised on the turnaround of several businesses, including Express Industrial Supplies and Ultraceuticals, applying a disciplined approach to operational recovery and value creation.
Martin is a founding shareholder of Coraggio, Australia’s leading CEO advisory board organisation and previously served as a Non-Executive Director of the group. Through Coraggio, Martin has been an active participant in peer business leadership since 2001, and now shares his experience advising other CEOs on their own business journeys.
The Board does not consider Mr Dowling to be independent due to his position as an executive director.
BA qualified metallurgical engineer, David spent over 21 years at Mineral Resources Limited (ASX: MIN) in senior executive roles, helping scale the business into a multi-billion-dollar ASX-listed company across iron ore and lithium. He began his career at Rio Tinto in orebody evaluation.
David brings extensive public company chairmanship and governance experience, currently serving as Non-Executive Chairman of BSA Limited (ASX: BSA) and Chairman of Forrestania Resources Limited (ASX: FRS).
Michael has over 15 years of international experience in engineering, operations, technology commercialisation and project development across the minerals, chemicals and renewable energy sectors. He is currently Managing Director and CEO of Metallium Limited (ASX: MTM) and a Non-Executive Director of Voltaic Strategic Resources Limited (ASX: VSR) and Terra Critical Minerals Limited (ASX: T92).
Prior to his current roles, Michael spent approximately 10 years with Metso Outotec in senior technical and executive positions, including as Director and Vice President for the Asia Pacific Minerals business.
He holds a Bachelor of Chemical and Process Engineering from University College Dublin and an MBA (Finance) from the Australian Institute of Business, and is a Chartered Engineer with Engineers Australia and IChemE.
Patrick brings more than three decades of large-scale retail and operational leadership, most notably as the founding Managing Director and CEO of Costco Wholesale Australia. He began his retail career with Woolworths in 1978, before relocating to Canada in 1985 to help pioneer the membership warehouse concept with Price Club, later Costco, in Vancouver.
Returning to Australia in 2009, Patrick launched Costco’s entry into the local market as founding CEO, building the business into a national operation of 15 sites across Australia and New Zealand with annual revenue of approximately $5 billion. He holds a Company Directors Course qualification.

Dr. Paul Wong, Founder and Technical Director of Applied Robotics, has been a pioneer in automation innovation since the 1980s. He developed Fisher & Paykel’s first robotic application and over the years, has led the design and deployment of more than 650 advanced robotic and automation solutions for industry.
Internationally recognised as a leader in automation and robotics, Dr. Wong is a specialist in world-first applications. With over 45 years of experience, a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, and multiple National Innovation Engineering Awards, his expertise continues to shape the future of the field.
Today, he dedicates his time to mentoring the Applied’s younger generation of engineers who are at the core of a dynamic, evolving team.
