  • 3D scanning and analysis: a 3D laser scanner creates a detailed scan of the worn shredder tooth geometry
  • Algorithm-driven repair: this scan is then compared to the original 3D CAD specifications. Using AI, we analyse the delta to automatically generate the precise robotic pathways needed to rebuild the component
  • Robotic welding: the robot traces these pre-generated pathways to precisely apply the hardface weld material to deliver a consistent, high-quality repair.
